Aranc. “Soaring prices,” “offshored milk”: the dairy turns the page with a new manager

A new chapter is being turned at the village dairy, which will be handed over by Frédéric Bussy, already head of the Côtière dairy and its branches, to Anne Julliard.

A woman from the village who is thus realizing her career change project. This heritage, long dormant, was rehabilitated by the municipality and Jean-François Julliard, the mayor at the time, in 2011. With a 300 ^m² commercial and manufacturing space on the ground floor that has retained its old style with its vaults. A 60 ^m² museum space adjoins it, recalling the driving role that the plateau's fruitières played for more than a century in the local economy.
